How do I add an appointment? How do I set a recurring activity in my calendar?
Putting office visits, follow up calls, and other appointments on your calendar is as easy as simply clicking the “Add an Event” button at the top of your Calendar screen. You can also add any personal events you’d like to keep track of, such as the birthdays or simple task reminders, like taking out the trash.
To add an appointment to your calendar, click the orange “Add an event” button.

After you click the “Add an event” button, a pop up window will appear where you will enter the details of your appointment.

For recurring appointments, such as weekly doctor visits, select the frequency from the “Repeat” drop down box to automatically insert it into your calendar multiple times.
You can also select an “End date” for your recurring appointments, or check the “Until canceled” box for regular appointments that don’t have a planned end date.

To see how your appointment reminders will appear when they are sent to you, click on the “Show reminders” button in the light yellow area at the top of the pop up window. You can also turn your reminders on or off in this area.
When you’ve added all the information, click the orange “Add event” button at the bottom of the screen.
