I’m not seeing my email reminders or my emailed reports.
Why can’t I see any of my email reminders? My doctor/caregiver/family is not getting my reports.
Your reminder or report emails may be going into the spam or junk folder in the email program. Many e-mail programs have built-in filters that automatically block messages from any sender whose e-mail address is not in the recipient’s address book or safe sender list.
To ensure that your messages are received in the inbox, you can request the recipient to add your e-mail address in their address book or safe sender list. In some email programs you would mark the good emails that you find in your junk folder as “Mark as Not Junk”, and then add to a safe list.
Spam filters can minimize the amount of spam, but in the process, may block a legitimate e-mail, such as those from RememberItNow!. To make sure you receive emails from RememberItNow! add support@rememberitnow.com and reminders@rememberitnow.com to your address book or safe sender list.
