Getting started with reminders.
How do I set reminders? How can I get medication and event reminders sent to me via email or text message?
The first thing you should do when you get a new RememberItNow! account is to set up your reminders. First go to “My account” and click on your user name found at the top of any page above the dashboard. Here it is seen as “alexremembers” where the red arrow is pointed.
Next you click on “Reminders” (seen below circled in red).

Then you will choose your time zone, time format, and where to send reminders for events and/or medications. Fill out your phone number and choose from a list of providers like AT&T or Sprint for example. Also, when filling out your phone number, don’t add any dashes, spaces, or a “1” before the area code. See the example below:

When you are all done, click “Save settings” and you’re all finished!
