I’m receiving email reminders, but not text reminders.
How do I setup text reminders? Why do I keep getting emails for my reminders?
When you open a new account with RememberItNow! reminders are, by default, set to go to your email. To schedule reminders to be sent to your cell phone, click your user name in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Next, click on the “Reminders” tab on your account setting page. Your page should look similar to the example below:

Under the heading where it says, “Send Reminders To:” change your reminder settings to “Send text message reminders to my mobile phone.”
Enter your mobile phone number without any any spaces, dashes, or periods. A “1″ isĀ not required before your area code. Select the name of your wireless cell phone provider from the pull-down menu. See which wireless carriers we work with here.
Check with your service provider to see if you have the ability to receive text messages under your current mobile phone plan. Text messages sent by RememberItNow! will incur the same fees and charges as any other text message you receive.
We group same time messages together to help control texting costs, however if you set a number of reminders during the day, it’s a good idea to confirm with your wireless carrier that you are on the most cost-effective plan.
