How can I turn off all medication reminders?
I only want to receive event reminders! How can I stop my medication reminders? What does it mean “Medication alarm” is set to Off?
When you open your RememberItNow! account for the first time, reminders are turned on for all events and all medications. You can change these global reminder settings in your account section.
To go to your account section, click on your username at the top right corner of the page. Next, click on “Message Settings.” You will see a section that says, “Send Messages to.” This section is circled in red in the example below.
Instead of filling in your number or email address to send messages to, click on “None.” You will no longer receive reminders for medications, even if you set them on an individual basis.
