Where do I set or edit my goals?
Where do I set my goals? Can I adjust my goals after they are set?
Setting goals is an important step in achieving your health objectives. To set your goals, start by click on the blue link that says “Edit” in the Dashboard view. See the example below:

Next you will see a pop up where you can change your goals and edit them too. Below is an example of the pop-up for the Weight goal. You can turn your reminders on or off for each goal and choose whether you want your reminders in the morning, afternoon, or evening.

Follow this process for the rest of your goals if you choose to edit them too.
