Can I delete or edit medications after I entered them?

How do I change medication information after I have entered it? Can I delete medications after I have entered them?

Medication information can be quickly updated or changed, at any time, right from your Medication dashboard. However, changing or deleting a medication will impact your medication history.

If you doctor has changed your medication strength and you want to keep a record of different dosages, enter the medication change as a new medication. Enter a stop date for your current medication and then add a new medication record for the revised prescription.

When you delete a medication, you remove it from your calendar, medication list, and erase it from your medication history as well. If you are no longer taking a medication, don’t delete it. Change the stop date to the day you stopped taking the medication and you will no longer receive reminders, but will keep a record of your medication history.

Still want to change or delete a medication? Here’s how:

To get started, click on “Edit” next to the medication you’d like to modify.
