How do I upload a new medical record?
Managing your medical records couldn’t be easier now. To upload a new medical record start by clicking on your “Medical Record” page in the “Vault” section. See the example below to find the “Medical Record” tab circled in red.
Next, click on the big orange button that says, “Upload Medical Record.” You will see a pop up window that looks like this:
Click on the mini-computer icon (circled in red above) to browse through your documents to upload on your computer. After you have chosen the document you would like to upload in your medical records, your are done! You have successfully uploaded your first medical record.
