Will I be able to share my medical history?
Is it possible to print and email my Medical History?
Many of us would love to share our medical history with new doctors or loved ones. RememberItNow! gives you the capability to print or email your medical history to anyone.
First click on “My Vault” and then click the “Medical History” tab. See the example below, “My Account” is circled in red, and a red arrow is pointing at the “Medical History” tab in case you are having trouble finding it.
You will then see all of your medical events entered for your Medical History. To print or share a report of these event, click on little blue printer icon on the left of your page, where it says “Print/Share.” See in the example below this is circled in red.
After clicking on the printer icon next, you will see a pop up screen like the example below.
RememberItNow! gives you the option to either print all of your medical history, or to only select certain dates. Once you have picked which one you wish to print, click “Print Preview.” It should look similar to this example:
If your report looks ready to print, click print and you are all set!
If you do not wish to print your medical history and want to email it instead, click the same little blue printer icon next to “Print/Share.”
Once you clicked that, and you are viewing your options in your pop up window, click “Share this report and send to email.”
Simply add your recipient’s email address and click “Share!”
