How do I delete a medical record?
To delete a medical record simply click on the “Delete” link and it’s deleted. You will never have to see it in your RememberItNow! medical records again. See the example below to find the “Delete” link for your medical records.
Can I download my medical records again from somewhere else after I have uploaded them?
If you need your medical records immediately and you happen to be away from your personal computer, don’t worry! You can still access your records from anywhere online and they are available to download. All you have to do is click on the File link and it will immediately download to your computer.
See the example below and you can see where to click for your file download (the file link is circled in red).
