How can I add a new medical event?
Adding a medical event is a great way to store and document all of your medical history. To do this, click “Vault” on the top right of your screen. It is circled in red on the example below. Next click on the Medical History tab, (the red arrow is pointing at this in the example below also).
Once you are viewing your Medical History page, click on the big orange button titled, “Add Medical Event.” After clicking this you will see a window pop up allowing you to categorize it and provide extra details.
To save your new medical event, click “Add Medical Event.” Once you have saved it, you can view all of your medical history under the “Medical History” tab of your account page.
