My Journal sharing emails aren’t working.
Why aren’t my friends and family receiving my journal updates?
If you have shared your Journal with someone who doesn’t have a RememberItNow! account yet your Journal updates may be caught in their Spam or Junk box folder.
We encourage you to remind your friend or family member to check their Spam folder, especially if they have an email account with MSN or Yahoo. Once they find it in their Spam or Junk folder, remind them to add RememberItNow! to their mailing list in order to receive all your future shared Journal updates, reminders and notifications.
