How do I use my Journal?
How do I make a journal entry? And how can I edit it if I want to change something?
Journaling how you feel is essential to keeping track of your health. With RememberItNow! you can record your mood, diet, exercise, activities and more. Keeping a journal can help you spot trends in your wellness.
To start adding entries into your journal, type in the white box at the top of your journal page. Click on the plus sign to add your entry into your journal.

You can add a journal entry once a week, once a day, or many times a day.
The journal may also be used to coordinate caregiving instructions and patient notes. The name of the person that added the note is displayed with each note entry. The journal provides a history of activity and can be shared with everyone within the care community.
In addition to the journal, RememberItNow! makes it very easy to record your overall wellness using a 5-star system. Simply click on the number of stars that reflect how you are feeling, and you’ve recorded your wellness score.
Record a reading every hour, every day, or every week. The frequency is up to you. By recording how well you feel over time you can track patterns in your health and mood.

To access your “Wellness Chart” click on the tab next to your “Journal” tab. To share your wellness chart or journal with others, use the “Print” options, select the appropriate report and print or email.
