Can I keep my links private? Can I share certain ones?
My doctor has access to my information in RememberItNow!, but I don’t want his office to see some of the links I have saved. How do I keep them private?
Since you may be storing passwords and other confidential information in your notes, RememberItNow! allows you to prevent others from viewing your saved links.
When adding a new website to your Favorite Links, be sure the “Keep Private” box is checked. Private links can only be viewed through your account. They will be invisible to caregivers, physicians, family members, and any others who have access to your calendar and schedule under their own passwords.

I want to share certain links, can I select or create a list just for sharing?
You public links are viewable to anyone you elected to share your account with. If you want to share links via email, click the Print/Share link and select your report option. Then check the box next to “Share this report and send to email”. After typing in their email, you’re ready to send!
