How do I add notes to a contact?
How do I track my interactions with contacts, or make notes?
Notes are an easy way to add any additional details about a contact. For example, you may want to make note of certain specialist your primary physician referred. Or you may want to make note of a caregiver’s schedule change coming up soon.
Notes are not limited to medical contacts. You can keep a record of details for home repair, insurance negotiations, or birthday dates and gifts. You can see when each note was added, and who in your private care community added it.

To view existing notes, or to add new notes to a contact, click on “Notes” next to the name in your Contacts Dashboard (circled in red above).
Here you will see any existing notes and more available space to enter any new notes.

Simply click “Add Note” and you are all done. It’s that easy!
