Where do I start?
How do I get started with RememberItNow! What do I do first?
When you sign up for an account with RememberItNow! you will see a welcome screen like this:

It’s fast and easy to start using RememberItNow! Here are our recommendations for setting up your account for the first time.
1. Start by setting up your account profile. This can always be found with the “My account” link at the top of the page. 
2. Click on the Reminders tab to setup your reminders. You can choose what types of reminders you want to receive (text message or email), or both. Then fill in your mobile phone number and/or the email you want your reminders sent to.
3. Setup your profile entering your name, address, blood type, sex, height, weight, and more. This important information will appear on your Medication Wallet List and other reports.

4. Invite users on your health team using the “Users” tab.
5. Add your doctor and pharmacy contacts to your contact list. This way when you add your medications the pharmacy and prescribing doctor will be available to select from in your pull-down list.
6. Gather your medications together and add them to your medication list. Medications can be added from either the calendar or the medication sections. Add events to your calendar.
7. If you want to track your medical statistics, set your weight, blood pressure or blood glucose goals on the My Stats page. Record your first readings.
8. Write your first entry in your Wellness Journal and chart. Over time you can see view your Wellness chart and see how your progress is over a week, month, or year.
9. Document your medical history in your Vault. Make sure to upload any important medical documents too in your medical records. Now you can access them anywhere at anytime.
