How do I access multiple accounts?

What is My Access  List? Can I belong to multiple care groups? How do I switch back and forth? How do I know which account I’m viewing?

RememberItNow! was built to make it easy for you to participate in multiple care communities through one email login. You can easily belong to multiple care groups and switch back and forth easily.

If you are invited to access several RememberItNow! accounts, it’s a wise idea to consistently use the same email for each account. Why? Each email has a unique RememberItNow! account it can access.

Although you can use separate emails for each account, it’s much easier to access them by logging into your own account and viewing you Access List page. Your Access List allows you to view all the care communities you belong to.

To view your different care communities, click on the “My access list” link at the top right of your page.
