How do I add or change account users?
How do I change and edit my users? Can I share my information with family members, physicians, and caregivers? How do I change permissions?
RememberItNow! allows you to share your personal health information with other persons you trust. Who you share your account information with is always under your control.
When you send an invitation to share your account, each invitee will have their own password and login information.
You can also set each person’s level of access and revoke their access at any time. In addition, RememberItNow! keeps a log of key user activities.
To invite people to join your health team, click on your account username found at the top right of every page.

Click on the “Users” tab. This will show you who has access to your account, their permission levels, and the status of invitations.
To invite a new user, click on the orange “Invite new user” button.

Enter the email of the user you would like to invite, and select their permission levels.

Click the orange “Invite new user” button. An invitation to join your private care community will be sent to the email address you entered. After the invitation is accepted the new user will be able to view your account.
