Online Help
We are introducing an innovative way to help customers. The next time you need support, we can personally help you without over the phone hassle. How is this possible? Well, we have enabled new software updates that allow us to log into your account and share your screen.
You might be thinking, “What?! I don’t want people just logging in and out of my account.” Don’t worry. This is only enabled with your permission, and we’re allowed only a limited time to help support your problem.
Medical History
You may have noticed the new Medical History tab on your account page. If you haven’t, check it out. Now you can quickly add medical events with a click of an orange button. With our easy to fill-in categories, your medical history can be ready in minutes. This can be accessed from anywhere online, and it can be shared with anyone you choose.
No more digging through paperwork in a hurry. You now have it ready to access in case of a medical emergency, a switch to a different insurance plan, when seeing a new doctor, when planning a family, and much more.
Bug Squashes
We thank all of our beta customers for your patience as we have smoothed out the kinks in our software. But that’s what beta is all about; perfecting software and finding all the bugs. With your feedback we have been able fix some of these latest bugs in our system:
-Safari users now have their Medical Events box fixed. Before, all of the options were shoved to the right of the browser and unable to work.
-We have added the ability to send invitations in your Care Community again if the account owner doesn’t receive a response the first time.
-Safari users should also take notice their button alignments have been fixed for many different windows.
-When printing a user’s account history, the title and the boxes are now aligned correctly.
-We have taken out the blog link on your RememberItNow! account dashboard. It’s less cluttered and now you can focus on your health without distractions.
-The notes for medical events are now aligned correctly, and registration for a free account has been enhanced.
-For those who do not use Internet Explorer, contacts can be saved under a different name, rather than just the last name.
- We’ve fixed goal setting for all browsers - so you can now set and change your goals with any browser.
- Account history button is now found on the on your user account page. Look next to the Reminders tab, and you’ll see History there with a printer icon. By clicking on that, and selecting print preview, you can see when reminders have been sent, and track key changes to your account.
-And last but not least, various typos have been fixed. These are silly, and we do our best to avoid them.
